Leadership
Development
Leadership development is one of the keys to encouraging our participants to grow and learn, while taking on responsibilities that may be out of their comfort zones. With such programs as International Leadership Development (ILD), participants will work with a team to develop these skills.
Life
Skills
Foundational skills such as budgeting, cooking, hygiene, computer and technology, first aid and communication will be available to program participants, allowing them the opportunity to learn those life skills that will allow them to reenter their home communities as they so choose.

Mentorship
Partnership
Want to help give a veteran a new start? Have a passion or skill you can share? Volunteer to be a mentor / partner! Our veterans and civilians will work with members of our community to learn new marketable skills and in turn provide valuable skills to the community.
Ongoing
Education
It's never too late to get an education. More and more resources are available every day. Whether in person or online, our participants will have the opportunity to seek out certifications, GEDs and even college degrees.

Canine
Companions
Studies have shown that a canine companion may increase confidence and independence almost immediately when matched with an appropriate human caretaker. Our Canine Companion program will allow us to match "unadoptable" dogs with lonely heroes.
Become a Volunteer
Our program survives and thrives only because of our volunteers. Whether you are ready to dig holes for fencing, haul materials and supplies or make phone calls - we're ready for your help! Call today to speak with a volunteer cordinator who can get you plugged in to the project suited to your skills and experience.
